Albahub, LLC ("Albahub", "we", "us") is a Michigan limited liability company. This website (albahub.io) is a pre-launch marketing and waitlist site. No commercial service is currently offered.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its backend systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate interactions with the site without prior written consent.
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to block access for violations without notice.

Submitting an audit request is a request for a discovery conversation — not a binding contract for services. Submission does not guarantee that Albahub will enter into any business relationship with you. We reserve the right to decline or ignore any request at our sole discretion.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any product or service. Albahub may grant, delay, or deny access to any individual at its sole discretion. You must be at least 13 years old to use this site.

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Albahub, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

This website and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Described features and capabilities are aspirational and subject to change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albahub, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any referenced services — including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of this site shall not exceed $0, as no fees are charged for the current services.

Your use of this site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted remotely or in Macomb County, Michigan.

Arbitration opt-out: You may opt out by emailing contact@albahub.io within 30 days of first using this site with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out". If you opt out, disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts in Macomb County, Michigan.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
