Privacy Policy

We collect different data depending on how you interact with our site:

Early access waitlist (albahub.io)

• Email address — provided by you at submission.
• IP address — captured server-side via Cloudflare request headers.
• Browser fingerprint — 17 fields collected for bot detection and analytics: user agent, browser language, screen & viewport dimensions, pixel ratio, color depth, CPU core count, device memory, max touch points, platform, timezone, referrer URL, UTM parameters (source / medium / campaign), connection type, and page load time.
• Cloudflare metadata — bot score and CF-Ray ID attached server-side.

Audit request form (this site)

• Contact information: name, work email, and phone number (optional).
• Business information: company name, industry, and team size.
• Operational details: workflow description and software tools in use.
• Technical data: IP address and browser user-agent, for security purposes.

We do not use analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site.

We use the data we collect solely to:

• Notify waitlist members when early access opens.
• Contact audit request submitters to schedule a discovery conversation.
• Detect bots and prevent fraudulent or duplicate submissions.
• Understand traffic sources in aggregate to measure marketing effectiveness.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your data is stored in an Oracle Autonomous Database on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (US-Ashburn region). All connections use TLS 1.2+ and mutual TLS (mTLS) client certificate authentication. Access is restricted to authorized Albahub personnel, with audit logging enabled.

We retain waitlist records for up to 3 years from signup, and audit request records until you request deletion, unless a shorter retention period applies.

• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, and API proxy. Cloudflare may set a cookie named __cf_bm for bot management. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — database hosting in US-Ashburn. Data does not leave the United States.
• Zoho Mail — internal notification emails when a new audit request is submitted. Your submission details are included in those emails. See Zoho's privacy policy.

No data is shared with any other third parties.

You may at any time:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your record. We will process and confirm within 30 days.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@albahub.io with the subject line "Privacy Request" and the email address you used.

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
